Lost In The Woods

I'm back! Finally did a photoshoot with Xinnie after so many weeks of postponing! It was amazing to actually get to shoot with her and catch up with her after leaving high school to college. And I realised how different can pictures turn out to be when they're taken by different photographers! Can't wait for more shoots together with her xx

And of course, please please please give her a follow on Instagram @xinnieisthename!

This is definitely one of my favourite pieces from my wardrobe. I love how the design of the bustier gives an extra uniqueness compared to the usual bustiers you see in stores. Same goes to the usual bustiers, you can also match and style it with the same look. Putting on a leather jacket makes the whole outfit more rugged. Mixing your outfit with different clothing textures also gives your outfit an enhancement!

The best thing about wearing a bustier is that it doesn't only brings out the feminine side of you, it also simple and easy to style with! You can either wear it out for a date, to college or even to special events! Matching it with denim shorts, boyfriend jeans or a skater skirt and you're ready to go!

That's all for now,

Not A Unicorn

Hola readers! How have you all been doing? As most of you know, I finally dyed my hair purple! But sadly, purple fades off super quickly so now it looks more like a combination of purple and pink. I might try doing a "dying your hair" tutorial next time when I change my colour!

I've come back from Bangkok with a bunch of new clothes to shoot with but I'm running out of shooting spots! Anyway, It's been awhile since I last went to the roof top of Setia City Mall for a shoot so we did a spontaneous street style shoot last week.

I always love wearing dungarees. I find them easy casual and chic at the same time! But this particular dungaree is different from the usual denim dungarees. This one is in a colourful tie dye! It completely caught my sight when I was haunting for clothes in Bangkok. Although it was a little oversized, I did a little stitching to make it look smaller (which still looks huge lol).

Since the dungarees was colourful, I matched it with a plain black sheer halter to create a contrast on the look. It makes the dungarees as the main focus of the whole look! You can also wear a bandeau, a cropped singlet or even a turtle neck! And of course, I finished the look with my favourite pair of boots to complete the street vibe!

So here are a few ways you can style with your dungarees! (Some from google image and some from my photo album.)

Thank you for reading,
stay tuned for more xx

Urban / Street Fashion

Hey loves! I'm back with a new look on the blog. Sick of the galaxy background so I decided to go plain. Thanks to the twins, my blog looks neater now! Still in progress of refurbishing so give me some time to come out with something different from my previous theme!

Did a spontaneous shoot with my girls in Midvalley today. And also, instead of doing grunge, Sam suggested that I should go for Urban/Street style. Never tried shooting with a yellow background so I find it something fresh and rare to me. But I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome!

I personally like oversized jackets a lot. They go well with anything and they also create the layering effect on your outfit. Wore a checked flannel as the base for the outfit. The checked top adds a little pattern into the basic outfit, which gives a hint of complication to the whole look.

I completed the whole look with a pair of Dr Martens and a spiked snapback. I also stapled the whole outfit with a hologram backpack to bring out the Street vibe.

(Here's a tip, wear longer patterned socks when styling with your boots, it brings your look to a whole new level.)

Hope you enjoyed the post,
